Question: How long do items remain in my cart?
Answer: Items will remain in your cart for 7 days. (However, if you clear your computers cache it may delete your cart.)
Question: Why dont I see my discount?
Answer: To check your coupon value- enter the code in the Check Coupon Box on the Order Screen. HOWEVER, to REDEEM the coupon- you MUST ENTER THE CODE ON THE CART CHECKOUT PAGE.
Question: How long does it take before I will receive my order?
Answer: We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible; however, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery during our busy times. Keep in mind that we hand-craft every item in every order and we process each order in the order they are received.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: All items are individually handmade; therefore no two are exactly the same and actual colors/sizes may vary from what appears online. We carefully inspect each item as it is packed for shipping so all sales are considered final.
Question: How is my shipping calculated?
Answer: Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your packages as determined by shipping companies.
Question: What method of shipping do you use?
Answer: We ship most orders by way of UPS and currently ship only within the 48 contiguous states.
Question: What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: All orders are processed by credit card when you place your order online using a secure server. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted for your convenience. We do not accept checks. Changes or updates to orders may incur additional charges.
Question: How can I be notified when new products are available?
Answer: As a Wholesale Member, you may receive periodic emails with new items, specials, news and updates. Follow Barnwood Sign Co. on FACEBOOK for up-to-date news and specials!
Question: Why is there a minimum order?
Answer: To purchase items intended for resale, a $100 minimum order and signed resale statement is required.
Question: I cannot login to my account.
Answer: If you are having difficulty logging into your account, be sure that you have cookies enabled. Also try removing your cookies and clearing your cache. Then close your browser and reopen. Many times this will fix your issue.
